Justin + Danielle - Wedding Sneak Peek | Tennessee Wedding Photographer

I love little country churches. So I was excited when I pulled up for Justin and Danielle's wedding, because the church was just so perfect. 

 Now small churches don't generally have a lot of "getting ready" room and it was a bit warm that day, but Justin and Danielle remained cool & calm and so obviously in LOVE. : )  Danielle's smile as she waited for him to turn around and see her during the "first glance" session was glowing - truly glowing!   Justin's face when he saw her did not disappoint - he was stunned - how cool is that?! Here is a little peek...

Gracie V - 6 mos

My how this girl is growing! Her smile is so precious with her two bottom teeth - LOL!  She's beautiful - but then she's got great genes!  We dressed her up in a couple of my tutu's made by the talented Jennifer at Trendy Spot.  But she looks good in just a diaper and a hat too - as we learned during our last session. Here are a few to make you smile...

Introducing Ansley Rhea!

I smiled the whole time I was editing this session!  This baby just makes me happy - when I first laid eyes on her she made me smile! :)  She looks a lot like her Dad right now - but I think we'll see mom Lori show up in time.  

Sweet Ansley is the little sister to Jared who I met last year about this time - He makes me smile too!  He was very sweet with his sister - but overall thought maybe it should have been HIS photo-session!  We shot at their beautiful home in Murfreesboro - with a backyard on the river.  It was beautiful just like this family - Lori thanks for your patience... Here's your little girl!

Ayla, Ashlyn & Emory

Three total beauties - each different and yet they harmonize - like sisters should.  We had a great day and my only regret is not getting Lanae in any of the pictures - because their Mom is just as gorgeous as they are.  I loved the locations she had in mind - and other than almost getting run over in front of the Morrison Library - they worked out great. ; )  Here are a few of my personal favs...

 

The Fun Theory

This is one theory I can TOTALLY subscribe to!  I'm going to try and add some FUN this week...at home, at work, wherever!! I challenge you to do the same!  What can you do to make more fun for your family, friends, co-workers or others you come in contact with?  Love to hear some comments - after all... they're  FUN!  :)

  

Steven + Courtney - The Wedding

A beautiful day with family and friends - Steven and Courtney's wedding at a rural country church was lovely. Her maid of honor - Krista saved the day by helping me gather folks for pictures and I think I may have to hire her on an on-going basis! :)  Here are a few special shots from their day...

Collins Family

Here are a few from my FUN session with the Collins Family!  Courtlyn & Carrigan are two of the cutest cuties in town!  Kirk and Tara obviously adore them and the feeling is mutual.  Hope you enjoy a glimpse of this awesome family! : )

Jacob H. - 1 year old!

Love this child!  I always have SO much fun editing his sessions - SO much expression.  He had turned a little shy by one and wouldn't look in the camera as easily - but some of my FAVORITES are the ones where you see his beautiful face and long lashes!  J.W. & Gina - Thank you!  I love that I got to share in the first year of this sweet child's life.  Can not WAIT to see how he grows! :)

Molly W. - Senior

I've been excited about doing Molly's senior pics for over a year!  She is so fun and so easy - and then there's her smile..there is NOTHING better on a bad day then seeing Molly.  Her ready, genuine smile is like a ray of sunshine.  We did a little "rule-breaking" to get a couple of these shots - but it was harmless and SO worth it!! ; )  I've wanted to shoot in one of these locations for YEARS - literally, but couldn't think of the perfect scenario - Molly at sunset was it!!  Molly, I hope your senior year is a great one - you deserve it!!

Zach + Kati - The E-session

Zach & Kati like to play together.  What I noticed first when we got together for this session - is that they are friends and seem to have fun - whether "fishing" or hanging out in a boat! : )  They brought along their chocolate lab pup (my favorite among favorites)  and while I had to rescue her once and she got in a wee bit of trouble trying to play with an older dog - she was a delight!  The wedding is about a month away and I'm sure planning is in overdrive due to a schedule change - but there was NO sign of stress from this couple.  We can't wait for this one - I expect pure joy! : )
