Sweet Cheyann - 6 mos

As I typed in the title for this post I realized that it was the same as this little one's three month session.  But here's the thing ... she really is SO sweet!  I can't believe how time flies - amazing really I'll be taking her pics again soon!  We did these in Viola and I have to thank the Ramsey's for the use of their lovely swing.  We also had Cheyann's two aunts and her amazingly young grand-ma along for this session - and they all helped make it a success!  She's a great addition to this group of ladies! Eamon 7 Mos

Sweet Eamon has grown up overnight!  During out session he was sitting up well and I'm sure is doing much more by now!  He looked so cute in his hat and sister Adie was her big-blue-eyed- beautiful self!  We did this session in "cave" of Capalano's since my studio here at home has been overtaken by a couple of musicians (who shall remain nameless).  I loved the piano shots though - and then we did a few downtown of the whole family.  Here are some of my faves!

 

 

 

 
  
 
 
 

Cole + Hailey - Wedding Peek

October was insanely busy for me this year - but then it always is!  It has become a favored wedding month - with good reason - it's usually not too hot - not too cold.  And it rarely rains.  (Except this year it did it ALL!)  Cole and Hailey were our first October wedding and their day was just gorgeous.  The wedding took place at Lakeside Resort in Smithville with the ceremony at the gazebo and the reception at the Villa.  Hailey rode down in a vintage Camaro - it was a great touch and she actually managed to outshine the car! :)  

Cole & Hailey are just so much fun - and everyone was so happy for them this day!  The cake cutting was the messiest we've seen  - and it would be hard to say exactly who "won".   Actually, thinking about the way they looked at each other that day - I think they both did.  Here are just a few of my favorites...

I loved the fall "feel" and colors!  Popcorn!  What a great idea!

Tasha and I started planning this session back in the spring, but didn't actually meet till the day of her session in October.  It was great to finally meet her and once we started shooting it was like working with a friend!  We covered several locations, made a few clothing changes all in an effort to show just a few of the different sides of this wonderful girl!  Here are a few of my favorites...

Hadassah & Savannah - The Castle

Sweet Hadassah is ONE year old!!  It just amazes me how the time flies by!  Sister Savannah was an integral part of this session - and we had a great time.  Terri had the concept for this shoot and had these gorgeous costumes custom made - I LOVED it!!! 

Also along for the shoot was the amazing Ashley - she and Hadassah share the same birthday - and they also obviously adore each other.  Some sisters we are born with and some sisters are gifts from life.  Both are blessings!
