Pipeline & Studio Update!

Well, we are in the homestretch on the studio - just a few more finishing touches - well some carpet - some paint and a little of this - a little of that... : )   I'm very excited about having a studio that will not be taken over by my band of roving musicians.  ( A few of you who have had sessions in my home studio know what I mean!)  

While I haven't shot any sessions in the studio, I did take advantage of the window light and one of my walls while shooting a session downtown.  So here is the first pic in the studio and a pipeline peek of the recent session I did with the Eamon and Adie - you know Adie's eyes always get me!!   :)

 

Cheyann - 10 mos

Here are a few shots from Cheyann's 10 month session to brighten your day!  This girl can really ROCK an umbrella! : )  She got a wee bit tired toward the end of the day - but I can always count on Cheyann to give me plenty of genuine happy faces!! 

  

 

 
 

 

 
 
 
 

Josh + Alyse - The Wedding

Alyse is FUN - you know that if you know her - or even if you just happened to see her bridal pics on here. Her wedding day was no exception!  It is obvious how much she cares for her family - including her new family and that everyone returns the feeling.  I did not have a chance to meet Josh before the wedding day, but I think you can see from the groomsman's pic below - this is a match made in heaven! :)  

We loved being part of this day - "from the shoot as fast as you can, we are freezing out here!" to the "Scrabble" game, to the way Josh and Alyse held each other after the ceremony it was alternately fun and touching.  

We wish you only good things in your life together, but if you hold on to each other like you did in that moment, you can get through the bad stuff too - I have no doubt.

Braylee Hope - Newborn

Meet the latest addition to the Cherry family.  Miss Braylee Hope.  She is beautiful and sweet and will surely add a touch of sugar and spice to this puppy dog tail generation!  I can't wait till next fall to see how all the boys treat the new girl in the mix of the leaf throwing!  : )  Here are a few of her newborn shots - it will be so much fun watching her grow this year!!! : )

Kade - 3 mos

Clarke B. - 2 mos

Here are some pics I'm finally getting posted from my first session with baby Clarke.  Or as I like to call him .."Mr. Sparkle Eyes".  When I look at these I just want to drive to Chattanooga and snuggle him!

Playing Catch up! Jenna Kate turns ONE!!

I may officially be the worlds worst blogger right now.  I have SEVERAL sessions edited that haven't made it on here because I just can't seem to catch up.  But I'm trying to do better, although it may mean I write less - but post more.  After all it's the pictures you really want to see right???

Here are a few from the BEAUTIFUL Jenna Kate's one year birthday party.  She celebrated with family and close friends and I got to capture some of those precious moments.  It truly seems like yesterday that I did maternity shots for Tina and Mike.  Now look at this beautiful girl!!

Brynlee - Newborn

What an honor and a privilege to be able to photograph the babies of "my" weddings.  I have been lucky enough to get to do this several times and I am always so thrilled.  I was so excited when I found out Courtney was expecting - and couldn't wait to meet sweet Brynlee.  Here are a few from her newborn session and we will have more to come as she grows!  Congratulations Jeff & Courtney - she is just precious! :)
